Its mission is to disrupt and dismantle the burden of the impostor syndrome narrative one audacious trailblazer at a time.

Real & Worthy, LLC was inspired by the unique needs & lived experiences of the countless beautiful, badass women of color & first-generation trailblazers I've worked with over the years. I know these experiences because I, too, have lived them. R&W seeks to fill the gap in uniquely curated services designed to support women from a strengths-based approach, in a way that honors their holistic selves.

Before I get into my service offerings, I'd like to tell you who I am. First and foremost, my most important "clients" call me Mommy! I am a proud BIPOC woman and a first-generation trailblazer. I am an educator, scholar, executive coach, trainer, and social justice champion.
